Look, we're not going to pretend there's a secret formula. Personnel development is

- Hands-on skill building that happens alongside regular work
- Regular check-ins to adjust as things shift—and they always shift
- Long-term follow-up because real change takes longer than eight weeks
Most programs run 6-9 months, though some stretch longer if that makes sense. We're
based in Port Macquarie but work with teams across Australia, either on-site or remotely
depending on what fits.
